On June 17, our speaker will be Dr. Frank Nickell, Director of the Center of Regional History.  His topic: Missourians are Funny People.

On July 15, we have scheduled Dr. Rhodes who will speak to us on Louis Houck.

On August 19, (this event will he held at the Sikeston Depot) our speaker will be David Dickey who who talk to us about the "Migration of the Sharecropper Families".  At this meeting we will also accept nominations for officers and one (1) Board Member.

On September 16, we will meet at 7:00 pm at the office of Scott County Recorder of Deeds Tom Dirnberger, at the County Courthouse.  We will elect officers and a Board Member from those nominated back at the August meeting.  Also, the Board of Directors will deliver the Annual Report of our organization.

 Regular Monthly Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Scott County Courthouse

 (or in the Riverside Regional Library in Benton, Missouri.  It is located on Highway 61.  It is handicap accessible).
